VHuddle Pro software launches pre-selected business-critical apps with one touch or click
Vestel is set to unlock the full potential of hybrid working with the launch of its dynamic VHuddle Pro meeting room solution. Designed to maximise the digital workplace experience, VHuddle Pro is a value-added bundled solution, made up of the VHuddle Pro software, the Vestel IFM 4K HDR Interactive Display with plug-in Windows 10 OPS PC module, and a 4K webcam.
Streamlining every step in the meeting set-up process, it features pre-selected business-critical apps in one convenient applications bar and enables them to be launched with one touch or click, thanks to the VHuddle Pro software.

With its software solution, VHuddle Pro provides shortcuts to each of these apps, ensuring quick start support with one touch or click of the mouse.
While all settings are designed to be pre-configured by IT departments to keep computer networks secure, and the user experience uniform, there is plenty of flexibility built in to suit different styles of collaboration. Up to three digital whiteboard apps can be pre-selected for the “Notes” tab, giving teams the freedom to use, for example, OneNote to take quick notes, Microsoft Ink Workspace to collaborate on designs, and Microsoft Whiteboard to share ideas and annotate over the top of files.
To cut down administrative and organisational tasks around collaboration, meetings can be scheduled quickly using the calendar, and rooms booked in an instant using the “Book the Room” tab.
Scheduled video conferences are designed to appear in the calendar view, offering a one-click or touch “Start” option for extra time-saving convenience.
Meeting equity is also easy to achieve for hybrid style collaboration, with the IFM 4K display working seamlessly with the 4K webcam to ensure that remote participants can be seen as clearly as in the flesh.
Offering an intuitive user interface, the VHuddle Pro is designed with a customisable background to suit any corporate identity.
