Sol Distribution predicts that engineer callouts for resolving IT issues will quicky become a thing of the past as more businesses adopt out-of-band management (OOBM) solutions to streamline network management.
In a recent article produced in collaboration with Lantronix, which has named Sol Distribution as its ‘preferred channel partner’, the IT distributor describes traditional engineer call-outs as ‘time- consuming, expensive and often messy’, especially when compared to AI-powered out-of-band management solutions.
Graeme Sutton, Managing Director of Sol Distribution, is quoted as saying: “The era of technician callouts is rapidly coming to an end. Companies cannot afford the inefficiencies associated with traditional troubleshooting methods. AI-powered out-of-band management solutions offer
a proactive approach. This technology enables productivity and reduces downtime, thus saving the end-user time and money.”
He points out that rules-based AI enables Lantronix OOBM solutions to recover and mitigate network infrastructure issues automatically, securely, reliably and quickly. In addition to automated troubleshooting and predictive maintenance, the Lantronix portfolio provides:
