Elovade UK & Ireland’s sell-out Partner Conference raises £25,000 for Suicide&Co

Elovade UK & Ireland (formerly Brigantia) hosted its Annual Partner Conference at The Tower Hotel by Thistle, London on the 23rd & 24th September. The sold out two day event, welcomed 250 attendees, and raised £25,000 for the charity Suicide&Co.

Elovade UK & Ireland (UK&I) is a leading distributor in the channel, specialising in cybersecurity and IT solutions. It is part of the Elovade Group, one of Europe’s leading value-added software distributors. This was its first conference under the new name and the moment that they chose to officially launch as Elovade UK&I.

Event highlights

  • Keynote from James Haskell: the 77-cap England international and British & Irish Lion, and co-host of The Good, The Bad & The Rugby podcast, delivered an engaging keynote, drawing on his career in rugby, broadcasting and business.
  • Vendor presentations and expo: Heimdal, Paessler, Sendmarc, Keeper, CyberSentriq, CyberSmart, ITagree, Hornetsecurity, Wasabi, Supply Guard, Adoptech, KnowBe4, Terra, Rootshell, Doc2, Octiga, The Zensory, GTIA, MailStore and usecure joined the event.
  • Panel discussions: industry leaders from across Europe debated which region is leading the way, covering regulation, data sovereignty, supply chain trust and the strength of the channel. A second panel drew on one MSP’s experience of how trust, relationships and service drive growth.
  • Guest speakers: experienced MSP founders and finance and M&A specialists shared practical advice on building a predictable growth engine, understanding where MSP profit really goes and preparing for an acquisition from both the buyer’s and the seller’s side.
  • Breakouts and ‘Ask Me Anything’ sessions: vendor-led breakouts covered topics including AI, contracts and MSP growth, while small focus groups gave attendees the chance to put questions to vendors face to face in an informal setting.

Raising £25,000 for Suicide&Co

Each year, the Elovade team supports a chosen charity at the conference. This year it backed the Ash Family Row, in aid of Suicide&Co, the national charity providing specialist support for people bereaved by suicide.

The Ash family are rowing the Atlantic in memory of Robert, a husband, father and friend they lost to suicide in September 2023. The challenge aims to raise vital funds for Suicide&Co. A silent auction and donations from attendees raised £25,000 on the night towards that goal.

Managing Director Angus Shaw said:

“Every year this conference gets bigger and better. We welcomed 250 partners and vendors to London for our first event as Elovade UK & Ireland, and the energy in the room said it all. The conversations, the sessions and the support for the Ash Family and Suicide&Co was fantastic. The entire event was a real reflection of the incredible community we’ve built.”
