Giacom won two awards at Vodafone’s Business Partner Awards 2024, picking up the Distribution Partner of the Year award on the strength of its double-digit year on year growth and increased number of active partners, and the Transformation and Growth award in recognition of its successful launch of the Cloud Market for Vodafone Business portal.

Launched in November 2023, the Cloud Market for Vodafone Business portal automates repetitive manual processes, integrates with Vodafone’s mobile management systems and enables partners to self-manage customer onboarding, service provisioning and in-life management of Vodafone mobile services. Since launch, revenues have grown and partner wait times for business connections and customer service have fallen.
