BDR Group has announced the acquisition of London-based MBA Information Technology Limited (MBA IT).
Incorporated in 2005, MBA IT is an MSP specialising in enterprise IT infrastructure among a range of related disciplines. With many customers in retail and professional services, the purchase will enhance BDR’s provision to those sectors.
The purchase is the latest in a long line of acquisitions since BDR stepped up its M&A strategy in 2016. Announced on 25 October, the MBA deal will net BDR a further £10 million in annual revenue.
BDR Group CEO Malek Rahimi said:
