Lincoln-based IT and communications specialist Bluecube has nominated YMCA Lincolnshire as its first charity of the year.
Bluecube plans to make a donation to the charity for every user it connects to one of its services in 2023, in addition to an extensive programme of fund-raising initiatives.
MD Paul Reames said: “We’ve been supporting YMCAs across the UK since 2015 and we first donated to YMCA Lincolnshire in 2020 when Covid put significant additional strain on the organisation.
YMCA Lincolnshire is a tremendously important and valued organisation that makes a big difference in our local community, so we decided to go a step further and support the charity throughout the whole of 2023.”
Celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, Bluecube specialises in UC, cloud-based voice, mobile services and high-speed internet, including Lincoln’s first 10Gbps ultrafast fibre network for businesses, FASTER LINCOLN, which launched last year in partnership with Eclipse Networks.
