Business Systems Limited (BSL), a provider of call recording and customer experience solutions to some of the world’s largest contact centres and financial organisations, has moved from Isleworth, where it has been based since the early ‘90s, to a modern office in the City of London.
The move follows a string of new client wins and a near doubling of its headcount to more than 100. Customers include 80% of the City’s tier 1 banks, Motorway, Royal London, Hastings Direct & Leeds Building Society and electric car subscription service Onto.
BSL’s new office in Cannon Green, EC4 includes 24 workstations, three private meeting rooms, four single phone booths and a Huddly Canvas for whiteboard collaboration and hybrid brainstorming sessions, plus access to an onsite cafe, roof terrace and restaurant.
BSL CEO Adam Kantor said: “What we have is an environment that fundamentally reshapes how we project ourselves as a business. We’ve created an exciting and flexible office which will enable the team to connect and collaborate as effectively as possible with each other. There are a number of fantastic onsite facilities and we’re looking forward to welcoming and hosting our clients here.”
