Chatteris-based IT support specialist Cambridge Helpdesk has been acquired by Birmingham-based Tela Technology.
Birmingham based telecoms and connectivity service provider Tela Technology has reached a “pivotal milestone” in its growth strategy with the acquisition of Cambridge Helpdesk.
Tela, a long-establised B2B communications specialist, operates throughout the UK and its reach has now extended further with the addition of Cambridge Helpdesk, an experienced IT support specialist which focuses on cybersecurity, telecoms and cloud-based services.
The deal was advised by Annie Shiel, KBS Corporate Associate Director, representing Cambridge Helpdesk directors Stuart Brown and Danny Brown. Stuart Brown founded the Chatteris based company in 2006.
