Focus Group today announces the acquisition of &Partners; a highly regarded Cloud, Cybersecurity & Microsoft Solutions Partner. Known to Focus Group through an existing partnership delivering complex cloud transformation consultancy, &Partners provide services to both direct & channel customers in the UK and Europe.
Focus Group was invested in by Bowmark Capital in March 2020, and has subsequently acquired and invested in carefully selected acquisitions to build out its national presence in the UK, while developing and enhancing the Group’s scale and capability. The strategic acquisition of &Partners will add a new level of Azure consultancy & Secure Managed Services to Focus’ existing Microsoft practice, enabling it to offer these services to new and existing customers.
The acquisition will see Joe Ashley (Founding Partner) remaining in the business, with further investment into the teams anticipated to drive growth in the future as Focus Group continues to grow its Cloud consulting capability.
With strategic partnerships now in place across Cloud, Cyber, Connectivity & SASE, Focus Group are set to grow their award-winning Enterprise division.
