G-cloud 13 success for Onecom

Business communications technology and cloud communications specialist Onecom has been approved to supply software and support services to the UK public sector and charitable organisations through the Government’s G-cloud 13 framework.

The accreditation will enable public sector customers to access Onecom specialists and procure cloud services from the company at pre-negotiated rates, without the need to run a lengthy and costly tender process. Services covered include unified communications; Connect4Teams, which delivers direct routing, PBX integration, secure voice recording and contact centre capabilities within a Microsoft Teams environment; and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).

Onecom CEO Martin Flick said: “We look forward to building new partnerships through this framework, enabling public sector organisations to succeed using the power of our expertise and technology and helping to drive ongoing digital transformation to support a public sector that is agile, efficient and sustainable.”

Operating from 14 regional offices across the UK, Onecom supplies over 70,000 business customers with over one million services. It was recently named EMEA Partner of the Year by cloud contact centre provider Five9, having won the EMEA Innovation Partner of the Year award in 2021.
