inforcer, a leader in Microsoft-focused multi-tenant management for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) has announced Jason Ulacio as its Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business Development.
He joins inforcer to help reinforce the company’s presence and build customer relations; playing a key role in accelerating growth via strategic alliances, as well as expanding the company’s presence across the global MSP ecosystem.
Prior to joining inforcer, Jason spent nine years working within Business Development at Microsoft, as Senior Business Development Manager for Microsoft Security. He played a pivotal role in driving Intune and SMB security adoption through product and go-to-market partnerships.
Jason brings with him a proven track record of building high-impact partnerships that deliver both innovation and measurable results.
Jason Ulacio, SVP of Business Development at inforcer, said: “Having been deeply involved in the expansion of Microsoft’s SMB security business, I’ve realised that Microsoft’s success in the SMB space would be driven by partners – especially MSPs. However, MSPs face real challenges with no native multi-tenancy and a multitude of settings and configurations that are not optimised for MSP operations.
“I feel inforcer solves these issues with precision and empathy for the MSP experience. When I discovered inforcer a year ago, it felt like it had been on the same journey as Microsoft by solving similar problems. I was genuinely inspired by its product, team, and vision. Joining inforcer felt like a natural continuation of my mission in helping MSPs succeed with Microsoft.”
inforcer CEO and Co-founder Jamie Daum, added: “I’m delighted to welcome Jason to our team. He brings a wealth of experience in the SMB space and understands what MSPs need to succeed – both of which are crucial to our goals, especially as we start to look ahead to 2026.
“Moreover, Jason’s experience at Microsoft is especially valuable, as we’ve recently become a Microsoft partner in enabling #IntuneForMSPs, helping MSPs unlock the full value of Microsoft 365 and AI-powered services. His background means he is best equipped to understand our capabilities in supporting MSPs in integrating Microsoft tools. We all look forward to working with Jason and are eager to see how he will apply his experience here at inforcer.”
