Entanet has gone live with a new customer service solution provided by cloud computing specialist Devoteam. Built on the ServiceNow platform, it will help Entanet manage customer and technical service enquiries relating to CityFibre’s full fibre infrastructure roll-out from a single platform. CityFibre plans to bring ultrafast Gigabit-capable connectivity to up to five million UK homes and businesses by 2025.
