NTA is incredibly proud to celebrate its 25th anniversary this year, marking a quarter-century
of innovation and growth within the UK telecommunications industry.
Founded by Paul White, NTA began by supplying and supporting customers with least cost
routing services and connectivity services. Recognising the transformative potential of VolP
technology early on, Paul led the development of NTA’s own hosted platform in 2005,
positioning the company among the UK’s first independent public telephone operators and
laying the foundation for its long-term success.
Since then, NTA has continued to evolve its hosted platform, enhancing its feature set with
advanced integrations and Al-driven capabilities. The company has also developed its
proprietary softphone application, MobeX, designed for mobile and desktop use. In
collaboration with its distribution partners and in-house development team, NTA launched
the MobeX Touch T10 which is the UK’s first wholesale business tablet phone to support
flexible, modern working.
NTA’s success is built on a strong commitment to its partners, offering competitive pricing,
white-label solutions and a high level of ongoing support.
The company also attributes its longevity to exceptional staff loyalty, with many employees
serving for over a decade and some for more than 20 years. The introduction of an
Employee Ownership Trust reflects NTA’s belief that success should be shared, recognising
employees as the foundation of a sustainable and forward-looking business.
