Award underlines company’s continued commitment to having an open, inclusive, fair and positive workplace culture that is welcoming for everyone
The 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ list has been launched by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising TD SYNNEX UK Limited (part of TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX)) among the list of organisations in the super large category for the second year in a row.
TD SYNNEX co-workers anonymously reported that the company’s positive and empowering culture makes it a great place to work. Earlier this year, TD SYNNEX was re-accredited for Great Place to Work for 2024, after more than 65 percent of its co-workers provided feedback about the culture, programmes and practices that make its workplace unique.
Being included on Best Workplaces in Tech list demonstrates that TD SYNNEX UK continues to be recognised for providing an outstanding experience for its co-workers. A range of policies and activities – closely aligned to the company’s core values of inclusion, collaboration, integrity, and excellence – are in place to ensure that co-workers feel empowered to act in the best interests of customers and to ensure other co-workers always feel supported, valued, and comfortable in the workplace.

Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based tech employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
