Strategic leadership appointment to accelerate B2B growth and strengthen market position across the UK & Ireland
TP-Link, a leading provider of business and consumer networking, ISP and smart home solutions, has announced the promotion of Ben Allcock to Vice President – B2B UK&I. In his new role, Ben will lead the strategic direction, sales, technical and commercial execution of TP-Link’s B2B business, continuing 40% year-on-year growth and overseeing a rapidly growing team of 35 professionals – the largest B2B team TP-Link has in Europe.
In his previous role as Sales Director UK&I, Allcock was pivotal in laying the groundwork for TP-Link’s expansion plans, including the opening of its largest UK&I warehouse in Newbury in February. The 120,000 sq ft facility has enhanced TP-Link’s storage capacity by 50%, enabling faster delivery times and improved service for its customers. In his new role, Allcock will be laser-focused on TP-Link’s broader ambition to become the No. 1 choice for SME Networking and Security solutions across the region.
“It’s a privilege to be in a position where I can positively influence the direction of the business,” said Ben Allcock, Vice President – B2B (UK&I). “TP-Link is going from strength to strength in the UK&I region, and it’s an exciting time to be part of this journey. I’m proud to lead and be part of such a high-calibre and motivated team.
“Our partners are at the heart of everything we do, from product development to service delivery, and we’re committed to growing together through trust, collaboration, and shared success.”
Allcock possesses over 25 years of experience across sales, commercial strategy, and leadership within the UK&I and EMEA tech landscape, and has nurtured strong, long-term relationships across the supply chain. Prior to joining TP-Link in 2011, his career spanned senior roles at global tech firms, such as Netgear and Channel Solutions, where he played a key role in accelerating growth across Consumer, SMB, and Enterprise markets.
Nelson Qiao, Managing Director at TP-Link UK&I, said: “Ben’s promotion is a reflection of his outstanding leadership and the results he’s delivered. His deep understanding of the market, combined with his passion for building strong partner relationships, makes him the ideal person to lead our B2B business into its next phase of growth.”
Looking ahead, Allcock’s priorities include empowering the B2B team, enhancing customer experience, and deepening partner relationships through a collaborative approach. With TP-Link’s investment in talent and innovation, the company is well-positioned to excel in delivering scalable, trusted solutions that meet the evolving needs of UK and Irish businesses.
