Version 1, the Irish-founded digital transformation partner with revenues of more than €255 million, has increased its headcount to more than 3,000 people and grown its customer base to 650 organisations after acquiring two more UK businesses – Oracle partner Qubix and Cloud and DevOps specialist Automation Logic (subject to clearance by the National Security and Investment Act 2021).
The acquisitions, its 15th and 16th to date, will strengthen Version 1’s expertise in Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, DevOps and Platform Engineering through Automation Logic and its 160 employees and its expertise in Oracle ERP through the finance transformation expert Qubix and its 170 employees.
Global private markets firm Partners Group acquired a majority stake in Version 1 in 2022.
