Voiceflex, the channel-only voice enablement and communications provider, has marked a milestone anniversary with a company-wide celebration and its annual employee recognition awards – the VFTAs (Voiceflex Awards for the Amazing).
Held at Flight Club in Bloomsbury, London, 50 staff gathered together to celebrate Voiceflex’s 20th anniversary over a night of darts, drinks and food.
The evening also saw the presentation of six internal awards, recognising individuals across the business for their contributions. From rising stars making their mark in their first year at Voiceflex, to everyday heroes who consistently go above and beyond, the awards showcased the breadth of talent and dedication within the team. A special award was also presented on behalf of key technology provider Telavox, further reinforcing the strength of collaboration which is at the heart of the business.

Paul Taylor, Chief Commercial Officer at Voiceflex said: “It was wonderful to see so many staff come together to celebrate this milestone in business. To think of how far Voiceflex has come is truly phenomenal.”
Paul added his congratulations to the award winners, commenting: “I’m incredibly proud and grateful to each member of staff. There were many worthy contenders for the VFTAs. The awards are a brilliant reminder of just how much talent and commitment we have across the company.”
Founded in 2005, Voiceflex has supported the UK channel through significant industry change – from SIP adoption to the shift towards cloud and collaboration technologies. The company is now in its next phase of growth, evolving from ‘telco’ to ‘techco’, with a product portfolio that includes UCaaS, CCaaS, AI integrations, and Microsoft Teams solutions, as well as WhatsApp for Business, Zoom and Cisco Webex.
