Zoom has appointed Emma Westland as the new Head of Channel UK&I, after joining the business in November 2024 as Strategic Partners Director UK&I.
Emma’s appointment reflects Zoom’s continued commitment to the UK channel landscape and ongoing investment in its partner-first approach. This includes the evolution of the Zoom Up Partner Program, which streamlines partner operations through an AI-first channel strategy.
The recent launch of Zoom’s UK Data Center – announced in November and now live – is also set to give partners a more competitive edge in the UK market, opening more opportunities for UK businesses and public sector organizations.
Emma’s promotion also forms part of a broader evolution of Zoom’s EMEA channel leadership structure, following the appointment of Tony McNish as Head of Channel for EMEA in March.
