Technology Reseller attended the start of the Brigantia Insider Threat Roadshow at Lords cricket ground yesterday.
Their 3 leg tour of the UK started in London and moves to Birmingham and York this week.
In a room packed with MSPs the room heard from vendors Hornetsecurity, Next, Conceal and SendMarc.
The theme was very much to show how the threat to a company security will more likely than not come inside an organisation – be it deliberately or through incompetence, stupidity, or lack of knowledge.
The topic is a hot one this year and focus for many MSPs on how to best address threats presented to their customers.
Hornetsecurity provided insight and solutions from their 365 suite providing email security , back up and recovery and permission management security. NEXT explained unintentional insider threats and how their advanced AI delivers instant cloud based protection against data breaches from inside an organization.
The second part of the morning saw Conceal take to the stage. Conceal explained their plugin browser extension that’s protects users from ever evolving phishing , ID theft and ransomware scenarios and finally Sendmarc for a hot topic of the day and a presentation which gained lots of attention. Empowering MSPs to protect client domains like never before using DMARC protocols and a software suite which lets you tackle any email impersonation.
Its going to be a busy week for the Brigantia team but if the klick off is anything to go by its going to be worth it. Good MSPs attendance, audience engagement and networking.
