Through this collaboration, Toshiba Tec is supporting CleanHub’s mission to prevent 10 million tonnes of mismanaged plastic waste by 2030. CleanHub specialises in setting up collection points in high-risk coastal regions, mainly in South and Southeast Asia, to intercept plastic waste before it reaches the ocean. To date, CleanHub has recovered more than 8 million kilograms of plastic waste, demonstrating the tangible impact of their efforts.
