Communications vendor Xelion hosted another landmark Partner Day, with a record 150 attendees piled into Leicester’s iconic National Space Centre.
As has become tradition for Xelion now, this was far from the usual partner event. Although there were plenty of opportunities to make valuable connections and share the latest Xelion updates, partners spent the bulk of the day on an interactive expedition around the Space Centre in groups.
Attendees included Xelion reseller partners from across the UK. They got the opportunity to mingle with the Xelion UK team as well as a host from the Netherlands HQ including group CEO Thijs van Ende.
As well as resellers and Xelion staff, the event was attended by Xelion’s expanded ecosystem of enablement partners – fellow vendors and service providers who provide complementary products to enhance Xelion’s offering. They included longstanding partners like ProVu, Audio Productions and Red Cactus as well as newer partners COTU and PayGuard.
COTU’s RAMP and CX-EX products, which can now be integrated with Xelion, enable AI transcription of all calls with granular, custom AI analysis. PayGuard enables PCI DSS-compliant card payments on Xelion calls.
As the ecosystem expands, Xelion partners are able to offer more and more bespoke, enterprise-grade solutions to SMEs, and the event gave resellers facetime with the people behind the products.
