European UCaaS leader Enreach Group appoints Gareth Long as Managing Director of the UK direct and indirect markets, as the businesses enter their next phase of growth and development.
The appointment brings Enconvo UK and Voiceworks UK under Gareth’s leadership, creating greater alignment across the two businesses while maintaining their distinct routes to market. Enconvo will continue to serve UK businesses directly, while Voiceworks remains focused on supporting and growing its network of channel partners.
The move comes at a crucial time for both businesses. Customer expectations are changing, AI and automation are increasingly central to communications platforms, and new opportunities are emerging across cloud, mobile and connectivity.
Gareth brings a 16-year track record in commercial and go-to-market leadership, scaling high-growth SaaS, AI and telecommunications businesses throughout his career spanning some of the UK’s most recognised telecoms and technology brands, including EE, BT, Digital Wholesale (formerly Daisy), Digital Space and DrayTek.
Most recently, as Product & Growth Director for Enconvo & Voiceworks, Gareth led the company’s UK market entry for its AI-powered communications platform. In his new role as Managing Director, he will take on full leadership responsibility for both Enconvo UK and Voiceworks UK, overseeing strategy, commercial performance, and continued growth across both brands.
