Synaxon Uk Adds To Its Team To Support Continued Partner Growth

Stella Chebet joins in customer services with Jamaine Francis moved to category management as SYNAXON continues to build strong relationships

SYNAXON UK has announced the further expansion of its team with the appointment of Stella Chebet as Customer Services Account Manager , while Jamaine Francis, who has been with the business for just over three-and-a-half years, is moving from his previous Customer Services role to the post of Category Manager.

Chebet will be responsible for ensuring a smooth experience for our partners by managing orders and resolving any order related enquiries such as RMA requests and providing order updates. . She joins SYNAXON having spent close to eight years in sales and customer success roles in the retail and telecommunications industries.

Jamaine Francis joined SYNAXON UK at the start of 2023 and has since gained invaluable experience working with partners to ensure their continued growth. He now joins the category management team, with direct responsibility for managing the stock profiles of key vendors and making sure that the right products are available at the right price on SYNAXON.
